Will is a senior lecturer at the University of Waikato in New Zealnd. 

Will is an experienced coach, and coach educator and has worked extensively in the UK. His work includes includes organisations such as the Premier League, Sport England, UK Coaching, Southampton Football Club, Manchester United Football Club, the English Cricket Board amongst others.

Ben Franks is a lecturer in applied coaching science at Oxford Brookes University in the UK. Primarily his work is focused on the visual control of movement in sport during interceptive actions. Alongside his academic work, Ben coaches in football where he currently works for Ebbsfleet United Women, having previously held positions in the Womens National League and within non-league mens football.”
