Ep. 4 - Kasey Crider on Creating an Environment for Learning in Volleyball

For today's conversation, I had the pleasure of interviewing Kasey Crider.  Kasey is the associate head coach for the University of Miami Women’s Volleyball team.

Kasey has been at Miami since 2015 and has helped lead them to  resurgence as a program, including reaching the NCAA title game in 2017.

Prior to that, Kasey was an assistant coach at Stanford women’s volleyball, where he helped the them win the pac 12 championship and earn the #1 seed in the in the 2014 NCAA tournament.

As an athlete, Casey was a 2 time all American at Pepperdine and played a year professionally in Denmark 

In this conversation, we discuss
